Christian Béchon brings more than two decades of business experience. A graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris(engineering school), Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, he became a public auditor on leaving the Ecole Nationale d’Administration in 1988.

He held various positions as Deputy General Secretary of the public auditing body for French Social Security (1988 to 1992), General Secretary of IPSN, the French Nuclear Protection and Safety (1992 to 1994). From April 1994 to May 1995, he was Deputy Chief of Staff to André Rossinot, then Minister for Public Service.

He became Chief of Staff to Elisabeth Hubert, Minister for Public Health and Health Insurance in 1995. From 2000 to 2004, he has been Deputy Chief of Staff to Francis Mer at the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry, as well as Chief of Staff to Industry Minister Nicole Fontaine.

Senior Advisor for the Boston Consulting Group in 2005, Christian Béchon was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LFB S.A. from 2006 to end 2017. LFB is the leading, French Biopharma company with over 500M€ of revenues. Christian Béchon has been member of various Boards of Directors in public and private companies in the US, Mexico and France.

Christian Béchon received also awards and medals such as Knight of the French Legion of Honor or the French Merit.

Nikolaï Vorontsov-Dasgupta brings extensive experience across engineering, innovation, and global commercial strategy. He specialises in transforming complex technical frameworks into scalable, high-growth operations, having managed portfolios exceeding €300M and directing over 150 initiatives across 70+ countries within the aerospace, automotive, digital security, MedTech, and eGovernment sectors.

With master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and International Business, Nikolaï acts as the architectural bridge between technical innovation and global market viability. He has successfully scaled digital platforms to over 32,000 active users while sustaining double-digit growth and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

In the MedTech sector, he has applied the same approach to build a preventive health assessment service and its digital ecosystem, establishing it as a recognised reference in preventive care. His reach extends to organising large-scale nutritional conferences, engaging thousands of healthcare professionals to foster international collaboration and knowledge exchange. 

Fluent in four languages, Nikolaï aligns teams across functions and countries to ensure technology, operations, and market strategy work in unison to drive organisational success.
